TAIL SEALER

Tail sealers are designed in order to operate in synergy with the rewinder.

The log is stopped on the rewinder outfeed channel by a rubber stop and a tail sealing unit distribute the glue on the terminal part of the log.

Tail sealers are used for industrial rolls, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, industrial rags, nonwovens and plastic products.

Tail sealers have a maximum working speed of 30 cycles per minute and a maximum roll face of 3300 mm.
