Main Features

Strong structure
made of electrowelded steel able to support the reels, the printing units and drying units.

Extremely easy to position and level. No foundations required.

The form rollers and half-tone rollers can be very easily and quickly replaced, thus reducing machine down times to the minimum.

All components that come into contact with the printing ink are made of stainless steel.

Variator ("PIV" type) installed under the
drying zone in order to keep the printed material correctly tendioned (regardless of the winding tension).

Heated tunnel to heat the chamber so that the printing ink can be dried.

Push-Pull system (can be heated) for intermediate ink drying between printing units in order to ensure the colours overlap correctly.

Easily positined electric cabinet to optimize the available space and the operator's movements.
