These engineered printing decks have been designed with the aim to maximizethe efficiency, functionality and long life of the printing press:

The extreme care and the high precision during manufacturing of these decks allows us to produce quality printing by using either the rubber roll or the negative closed chamber doctor blade system.

These printing decks compete with the most modern automatic systems, which allows us to further increase flexibility and fast job change over.

DRYING SECTION

Due to the direct influence of this system on the working speed of the machine, all the necessary actions have been taken in order to obtain the maximum drying effect, together with the minimum possible impact on the printed material.

UNWINDER

Different factors occur to indicate which is the most suitable material to unwind, for the kind of reel which has to be used and to have quick reel change, so in order to satisfy every request, we can offer a complete range of unwinders.

Every kind of unwinder is designed for a particular web and the tension is controlled for each specific material.

The web tension is controlled by brakes or by motor. This system allows operating with the web at an appropriate and constant speed avoiding the elongation on the material which has to be printed.

REWINDER

The different kinds of rewinder we have in our product range (single shaft, dual shelves, turret, and automatic) allow optimizing the reel production to obtain the necessary automatic control.

Machine to print in-line with extruder or bag machine

These machines, wich have the same printing unit of the reel to reel press, even if in-line with extruder or bag machine, have the same characteristic of easy change over and great flexibility.
