Complete Line for Kitchen Rolls |
A complete line for kitchen rolls has been succesfully
tested in Maflex. The line is composed of two unwinders, a
double embossing laminator with DESL lamination, continuous
automatic rewinder with electronically adjustable
perforation, tail sealer, castle accumulator and a two
channels log saw with orbital movement equipped with trim
eliminator. The final customer has productive plants
displaced in the north of the United States.

Automatic Line Start-Stop
for the Production of Industrial Rolls |
An automatic line start-stop for the production of
industrial rolls with diameter up to 330 mm has brilliantly
passed the test run in our plant. The line is composed of
two independent unwinders, an automatic rewinder start-stop
with embossing unit, an on-line scales system working
together with the device for diameter control, accumulator
and industrial log saw equipped with our universal clamp.
The final customer is situated in the United States.
