Life @Maflex: what happens in the company every day
Life at Maflex (Life is the name of this column not by chance ed.) is full of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
We recently concluded with great success a course in collaboration with Dr. Chiara Batoni, a consultant and trainer in health and safety and Human Resources, an expert in dynamics related to Change and communication in organizations.
In Maflex we do in-house Training. Why?
The objective? To enhance personal communication skills and optimize organizational communication processes.
Chiara, in fact, has been involved for many years in promoting well-being and safety in organizations, facilitating change and personal growth as well as developing communication and interpersonal skills in order to improve contexts and behaviors, increasing people’s satisfaction.
“When there are skills in organizations such as Maflex, the challenge to grow them becomes more and more difficult and challenging, as was the request I received from Sara Carli, Finance, Legal & HR Specialist, in organizing this training initiative. In my work as a consultant and trainer, I often encounter resistance and sometimes mistrust from people in undertaking paths of change proposed by their companies.”
The value of people in Maflex
All training activities are always aimed at growing people, enabling them to handle situations independently and also to be able to respond promptly to the demands of the market and our customers. “The company is a big believer in growth programs to support its employees and pathways like this one. The purpose is to promote the development of competencies and soft skills. Learning certain mechanisms allows the team to be provided with the necessary tools to face new challenges with determination and excel.” Adds Sara, who together with the Trainer designed this educational path.
