Soft skills and orientation

Maflex believes strongly in the younger generation and young talent. “We are convinced that including junior figures is an opportunity. For these reasons, Maflex gladly supports initiatives of this kind and also this year has committed itself to supporting the school internship project “Pathway for Transversal Skills and Orientation” promoted by the Polo Scientifico Tecnologico Professionale E. Fermi – G. Giorgi of Lucca.

Thanks to projects such as this, young people who come to the company are offered a learning opportunity in the field that is crucial for them. In March and April, a number of 4th graders were welcomed and had the the opportunity to engage with different company functions, gaining initial practical experience and developing skills useful for their future.
