The 231 Model, together with the Code of Ethics and the Sanctions Code, defines clear rules to ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability across all areas of our business, involving employees, contractors, and partners.
The system’s effectiveness is monitored by an independent Supervisory Body (in Italian is Organismo di Vigilanza, OdV), which is also responsible for managing the Whistleblowing channel—established under Legislative Decree 24/2023—to receive any reports of violations or behavior contrary to our values.
